Teams set for 2015-16 VTB United Youth League season
The 2015-16 VTB United Youth League is set for its third season. 10 Russian clubs will compete, including youth squads from 9 VTB United League teams: CSKA, Khimki, Lokomotiv-Kuban, UNICS, Nizhny Novgorod, Enisey, Zenit, Krasny Oktyabr and Avtodor. In addition, the youth team from Superleague club Samara will compete in the league.
The calendar and format will be released shortly. The season is expected to begin on October 22 with each team playing each opponent four times.
Inaguarated in 2013, the VTB United Youth League features Russia's top young talent. This will be the league's third season. Khimki won the championship in 2014, while CSKA captured the crown in 2015.
