Disciplinary decisions from April 11, 2016

The VTB United League Directorate has reviewed Nizhny Novgorod's appeal regarding the officiating in the regular season contest between Zenit and Nizhny Novgorod. On the basis of the report from the review commission, which studied the game tape, the Directorate has ruled:

- For the excessive mistake made by referees Evgeny Vetrov and Sergey Krug in the game's final minute of regulation, both officials are suspended from working at VTB United League games through the end of the 2015-16 season.

Possible violations of the Regulations during the regular season games between Lokomotiv-Kuban - Enisey and UNICS - Lokomotiv-Kuban were also reviewed. After studying the game reports and protocols from the commissioners and referees, as well as the game tapes, the Directorate has ruled:

- In accordance with article 69.2 of the VTB United League Championship Regulations (Andrey Zubkov's violent act against an opponent during the Lokomotiv-Kuban - Enisey game), Lokomotiv-Kuban receives a 50,000 ruble fine and Andrey Zubkov receives a one-game suspension.

- In accordance with article 67.2.1 of the VTB United League Championship Regulations (unsportsmanlike conduct of Sergey Bykov toward an official in the Lokomotiv-Kuban - Enisey game), Lokomotiv-Kuban receives a 9,000 ruble fine.

- In accordance with article 67.2.1 of the VTB United League Championship Regulations (unsportsmanlike conduct of coach Georgios Bartzokas toward officials following the UNICS - Lokomotiv-Kuban game), Lokomotiv-Kuban receives a 9,000 ruble fine.
