About predictions contest
VTB United League offer to all fans and basketball-lovers to take part in the predictions contest and will receive a chance to win a super prize by the official sponsor of the tournament Asteros company.
In each match it will be offered for the participant of the contest to guess:
- The winner of a match.
- A total difference - within a 5-points borders– in favour of the winner.*
- The most productive players as a part of each team.
Scoring system of points:
1 point - a correct prediction regarding the winner of the match
3 points - for correct prediction on the best sniper in a team (if other player than specified by you scored as many points in the match one or more players in the team, then your prediction would still be considered correct)
10 points - a correct prediction about the final margin in the account (provided that you guessed the winner)
20 points - a correct forecast concerning all points of competition
Attention! Deadline for Receiving predictions for each game is the day when the game is held - at 12:00 Moscow time. Be ready to make your prediction!
What's next? After each match, contestants will be awarded points for an accurate forecast (thanks to a special program). Thus, rating predictions will be made, according to which candidates for the super prize will be defined.
After the regular season of the VTB United League is over, 5 best betters in the rating list will be awarded complimentary tickets to the championship’s final series. The main prize will be handed there. All expenses like travelling and hotel accommodation at the finals will be paid by the League.
